Hi, I’m Lizzie!

A mum of three with a love of coffee, Pilates, and bringing people together.

In 2024, I made the decision to create a business that would allow me to be present for my children whilst doing something I truly love, so I trained as a Pilates instructor. Since then, I’ve continued to build my knowledge through further qualifications and now teach a wide range of clients, taking a thoughtful, individual approach so everyone feels supported and confident in their movement.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting pre and postnatal women, and as a parent of a child with AuDHD, I strongly believe in the importance of helping children move more and experience the many benefits that brings.

My classes are empowering, uplifting, and supportive spaces where you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and celebrate every milestone - all whilst feeling part of a welcoming, supportive community.
