this gift voucher entitles the gorgeous mum to 3 joyful mum & baby pilates classes. this class is a wonderful way to reconnect with your body whilst bonding with your baby within a safe, welcoming and friendly group.

please note: this is a postpartum Pilates class where babies are welcome to join the fun but only before they’re on the move due to safety reasons. you must be 6 weeks PP after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks PP after a c-section or if you had medical intervention.
