Mums, it’s your time to move, stretch, and rebuild strength to keep up with your busy little ones!

In our fun ‘Pilates & Playtime’ session, you get to practice Pilates while your toddlers explore, play, and have a blast. Toys and play mats are provided, but feel free to bring your little one’s favourite toys and of course… snacks!

It’s a relaxed, friendly group where mums and toddlers can connect, have fun, and support each other and with just 8 spaces per class, I make sure everything is tailored to you and your needs.

Let’s move, laugh, and enjoy this time together – chaos and giggles guaranteed!

FAQ’s

  • Thursdays at 11.30am

  • This class is suitable for you if you are 9 months postpartum and your child is up to 2 years old.

  • Water for yourself and any fun toys or snacks to keep your little one entertained!

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely.

    Barefoot or grippy socks are best - no trainers needed.

  • It’s not a problem and you’ll certainly be in good company!

    This is a judgement free zone - your toddler will almost certainly act out at some point during class (they all do!) and that’s fine.

    Do whatever you need to do, we’ve all been there.

  • That’s not a problem!

    There are two light, bright and clean baby changing toilets right outside the studio.

    If your toddler needs food or milk that’s also fine, they are welcome to eat in the studio - I’ll make sure everything is spotless before I leave anyway!

  • This one!

    My ‘Mum & Baby’ class is designed to rehab your body during the first 9 months of your postpartum journey but this class is from 9 months plus.

    We work or rebuilding your strength and adding in core exercises using a more dynamic range of movements.
